We use a letter code to show the condition of the product: NEW, A, B, C. As you can guess, "NEW" means that the product is new. "A" means that the product is like-new. I has no sign of use.
"B" means that the product has been used and show few sign of use. However it still in a good condition and the product is complete.
"C" means that the product shows sign of use or age. However, the product is still usable and in a fair condition.

Note that we never sell products in a bad condition or not working. Also, all the products are complete, there is no missing parts. Even "C" types products are in a correct conditon.
